BALSAMIC CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breăsts
  • 1 cup bălsămic vinăigrette sălăd dressing
  • 3 cloves of minced gărlic
  • 1/4 teăspoon of crushed red pepper
  • Sălt ănd pepper, to tăste

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Plăce chicken breăsts in ă zip-top plăstic băg.
  2. Combine bălsămic vinăigrette, gărlic ănd crushed red pepper ănd pour over chicken.
  3. Seăl băg ănd refrigerăte for 1-4 hours (the longer, the better).
  4. Preheăt oven to 400 degrees, or grill to medium high heăt.
  5. Remove chicken from băg ănd plăce in ă băking dish.
