These vegan BBQ black bean meatballs are perfect as an appetizer, or to store in your freezer when you need some balls to throw in your spaghetti sauce!

Ingredients
∙ Serves 12-14

1 400ml can Black beans
1/4 cup Cilantro, fresh
6 cloves Garlic
1 Garnish with fresh mint
1 28 oz can Tomatoes
1/4 cup White onion
1 White onion, medium
Breakfast Foods
1 cup Bob's red mill rolled oats
Canned Goods
1 heaped tbsp Tomato paste
Condiments
4 tsp Hot sauce
1/2 tsp Liquid smoke
2 tbsp Molasses
1 tbsp Mustard powder
1 tbsp Worcester sauce, vegan
Baking & Spices
2 tbsp Coconut sugar
1 cup Oat flour
1 1/2 tbsp Paprika
Oils & Vinegars
1 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
2 tbsp Olive oil - plus some, extra virgin
1/4 cup White vinegar
Nuts & Seeds
2 tbsp Flax seeds
