This salad is loaded with plant protein and packed with green goodness that will keep you full all day!

Ingredients

1 cup Arugula
1 bunch Asparagus, seasoned and baked
2 Avocado
1 tbsp Avocado oil to massage greens with
6 Baby bella mushrooms
15 oz Chickpeas, seasoned and roasted
16 oz Greens, mixed
1 Onion/garlic powder
1 Zucchini
Condiments
1 spoonful Hummus
1 handful Kalamata olives
1 Ranch dressing or lemon juice to top, vegan
Baking & Spices
1 tbsp Avocado oil
1 Salt/pepper
