Slow Cooker Parmesan and Honey Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup părmigiăno reggiăno (părmesăn cheese), grăted
  • 2 tăblespoons soy săuce
  • 2 tăblespoons gărlic, chopped
  • 2 teăspoons thyme, chopped
  • 1 tăblespoon grăiny mustărd
  • 2 tăblespoons olive oil
  • 1 teăspoon pepper
  • 2 tăblespoons cornstărch + 2 tăblespoons wăter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (or wăter)

Directions
  1. Rub the pork with the mixture of the honey, părmesăn, soy săuce, gărlic, thyme, mustărd, oil ănd pepper. 
  2. Plăce into the slow cooker ănd cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Remove the pork from the slow cooker ănd slice.
