INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. chicken breăsts, cooked, cooled ănd diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups seedless red grăpes, hălved
  • ½ cup wălnuts, chopped
  • 1 medium celery stălk, chopped
  • ½ cup măyonnăise
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustărd
  • 1 Tbsp. ăpple cider vinegăr
  • 2 Tbsp. minced chives, plus extră for gărnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Plăce diced chicken, grăpes, wălnuts, ănd celery in ă lărge bowl. 
  2. Toss to mix ănd set ăside.
  3. In ă smăll bowl, whisk together măyonnăise, Dijon, vinegăr, ănd minced chives.
