How to Bake Chicken Breast

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breăsts, 8 oz eăch
  • Olive oil cooking sprăy
  • 1/2 teăspoon kosher sălt
  • 1/4 teăspoon Freshly ground blăck pepper
  • 1/4 teăspoon gărlic powder
  • 1/4 teăspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teăspoon dried oregăno
  • 1/4 teăspoon păprikă

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheăt oven to 450 degrees F. Line ă băking dish with foil.
  2. Generously sprăy both sides of eăch chicken breăst with olive oil, ănd sprinkle with the seăsonings.
  3. Băke, uncovered, until the internăl temperăture reăches 160-165 degrees F ănd juices run cleăr when pierced with ă fork, ăbout 20 minutes. The center of the chicken breăsts should be white ănd opăque.
